Well, it's already been said, but I'll say it again...Lisa was, and still is, one of a kind...her kind! She was so blessed with beauty, humor, energy, connection, compassion, care, joy, LIFE! And, can you imagine how much moreso now? Love to you, Lisa. Looking forward to seeing you again!
Although I remember Bill, I'm sorry to say our paths didn't cross much, unless it was during the chaos in the hallways between classes.
I pray for comfort for Bill's family members. And I also want to express my appreciation for the comments from fellow class members. We all affirm the reality that this life is not all there is and that there is hope for us in the next life for reunions, joy, happiness, peace, and love.
May we all live the rest of our lives in these foothills of Heaven and then look forward to one day being more alive than ever with our Lord, surrounded by loved ones, and in that place we will never have to say "goodbye" again!
Lamar and I met at St. Andrew's School in 6th grade and became best of buddies. My affection for him never wavered. He was always fun and funny, a great athlete (football, basketball, baseball, etc.) and his dad, mom, and siblings were always on the go. They opened their welcoming home and lives to me and so many others. The beauty of the Stuckerts' hospitality was something to behold.
It was a real gift to me when in the late 70's Cathy and I moved to Dallas and I reconnected with Lamar and his wife and children. It was so good to get to meet him from time to time for lunch and to visit him and his gang in their home. He was working in computers and from what I could tell, was doing very well. But then, Lamar always did everything well.
Through the years and miles I have continued to have Lamar on my mind and in my heart and prayers. I love this guy and am grateful to have been one of his many friends and to have shared some very special life times with him.
I feel a loss, as you probably do, too, that he doesn't walk this earth like he has for the past 70 years. But, I have no doubt that in the lives of his children and grands and many, many friends, Lamar is still with us. I look forward to seeing him again one day. It will be another good day with Lamar when that happens.
God's comfort on his many family members. And thanks be to God for this special, special friend.

Sharon, Cathy and I want to join our condolences and prayers with many others in expressing our sorrow at Jim's passing. In the brief words of the obituary it is clear he was loved and treasured by those who knew him. May God's comforting Spirit surround you and your loved ones in this time until that time when you will be reunited with Jim. God bless you, Sharon. Dub & Cathy Ambrose
Blessings and comfort to Bill's family and loved ones.
Here's to a life faithfully and well lived!
I remember Irwin's constant ear-to-ear grin. It said to me, "Hey, everything's good...you're good...I'm good...sit back, relax, and ENJOY!"
We have all been blessed because of his friendship. And may God bless his family and other loved ones in his passing.

Wow, my heart is sad.
I agree with John Fletcher regarding it being hard to imagine Danny playing football since he was so gentle and kind. I played my sophomore year with Danny and remember how he was so good! He would knock your socks off, then get up with that big, beautiful grin of his...and help you up and pat you on the back! What a guy!
Blessings on all of Danny's family! I can't wait to see him again one day!
Well done, Danny!

Nancy was one of the first friends I made when I transferred (with some of my buddies) to McLean Junior High after we completed St. Andrew's Catholic School.
Nancy and I connected through music, more specifically, folk music, more specifically, Peter, Paul & Mary. She had a beautiful, silken voice and was strong and, along with her lovely blonde hair, easily reminded me of Mary Travers herself. We got together just to sing some tunes and found our voices blended pretty well. And, though there were only two of us, we decided to enter the Talent Show and sing our rendition of PP&M's "Stewball."
Well, Nancy was AWESOME and we were awarded for our number. Though we sang a bit more after that event, we kind of went our own ways musically. But, I will never forget how gracious and fun she was and her willingness to take a chance to sing in public with me.
God's Blessings on Nancy and on all of her family and friends.
