I remember Laurie as having an inner beauty that many of us lacked. Sweet, kind, and gentle. That was Laurie.
Rest dear Laurie. Rest In Peace.

I was so sad to see that Laurie had passed away. She was a dear friend of mine in High School. I also

live here in Arlington, Tx. where Laurie lived too. We would run into each other. She was such an inspiration.

I will miss her deeply. My prayers go with her family.

May God Bless,

Loma (White) Fergueson

Grace and elegance are the first words that come to mind remembering Laurie... but then I also remember her "catch you off guard" sense of humor. Fun, sweet, caring and always gorgeous. Loved my time with Laurie through Methodist Youth Group. She was one of those loyal, lovely friends. Grateful and blessed we crossed paths.

I didn't know Laurie which is not unusual given the size of the class of '69.  However, I am thankful for the people that keep us aware of the passing of not only our classmates but of Panthers in general.

My observation of Laurie's passing is how kind and sentimental our classmates are about her passing.  You are  reminiscing about Laurie while at the same time reliving the wonderful times of your life.

RIP, Laurie.  You are remembered by so many.
